About Live Well Massage Therapy
Hi! I’m Kimberly, the owner of Live Well Massage Therapy. I’ve always believed in the restorative power of massage. In my early 20’s I enrolled at the Northwest Arkansas School of Massage in Fayetteville, AR (currently called Black Brook School Of Massage). There I was taught using the Joseph B. Stephenson “Method of Creative Healing”. I believe that using creative healing through Swedish massage, lymphatic massage, and myofascial work, can help bring the body back to a more balanced state. I also offer deep tissue and hot stone massage to help release muscle tension and pain. Massage has always been in my “self-help toolbox” to reduce anxiety, stress, and insomnia. I encourage all my clients to treat massage as a necessity, not a luxury. Adding regular massage therapy sessions can greatly support a client through their self-improvement journey.
I was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas but moved to St Louis in 2002 where I met my husband. In 2010 we decided to move back to Rogers for my husband’s work. However, we’ve always considered St. Louis home and when Covid struck, we were gifted with an opportunity to move back.I have amazing twin boys, Jack & Elliot and a mini backyard farm with chickens, bees and a dog or two! When I am not working, I enjoy playing games with my boys, reading lots of books and enjoying family movie nights. I am a nerd for Zelda games, cheesy scary movies, and I love building Lego sets with my kids.
